We only have a rough idea. Is that enough to start?
Yes. Rough is normal. A short conversation about the problem, who faces it and how it is handled today is enough for us to run discovery and shape the rest with you.
What do we actually receive at the end of shaping?
A compact set of working documents: the product shape, user flows, scope and priorities, a suggested architecture and a release plan. They are written to be read, questioned and reused, not filed away.
Do we have to build with Aplance afterwards?
No. The shaping output is yours and stands on its own. Most clients continue with us because the same people who shaped the product carry it into the build, but that stays your choice.
