Can you work with an existing product?
Yes. We can review what already exists, clean up confusing areas, add new features or rebuild parts gradually without forcing a full restart.
Do we need a fixed scope before contacting you?
No. If the scope is still rough, we can help shape it into practical phases before any build work starts.
