What we built
onbo.my replaces a manual onboarding operation with one workspace for agency admins, agents, universities, student records, documents, WhatsApp conversations and payouts.
We built a self-hosted system with WhatsApp automation, chatbot flows, broadcasts, student document management and agent commission tracking under one admin model.
The onboarding operation became easier to monitor, easier to delegate and less dependent on manual message handling.
